I have been taking Flax Seed Oil as supplement and that seems to work very well. Also my friend recommended me Squalane Oil recently and I put few drops in bath. It keeps my skin very moist and I don't get that very itchy feeling anymore. I will recommend it to all the dry skin sufferers.
