Facial liposuction is a type of cosmetic surgery in which extra fat is sucked out of the body usually under the chin using a suction device. It is the most widely used method to remove the double chin. Many people ask the question that why do we need a facial liposuction at all? There are a few answers to that question depending on how you want to look at it.

Many people always dream of looking like a Hollywood actor or actress. Though they cannot look like them but liposuction is one way through which you can improve the way you look. You can remove that extra fat which is uneven or hanging from your neck. Not only does it give you a better look it also boosts the inner confidence of the person. The other reason why this is becoming so popular is that it is cheaper than other cosmetic surgeries and recovery time is pretty less.

Many people are found to have that excess fat tissue in their face which makes them look overweight, older or just less balanced and attractive. Liposuction comes as a solution to these issues. The most common issues which are taken care of facial liposuction plastic surgery are sagging jowls, double chin, bags beneath the eyes, heavy, worn upper eye area and excess fat around the neck.

Till some time back when liposuction technique was not available, the plastic surgery procedures were very complex, painful and invasive. The surgeons had to make long incisions under the neck and even the outcome was not perfect. Many people were not satisfied with the outcome even after paying hefty price for the surgery.

But using liposuction or lipoplasty, the surgery is not painful at all, very few incisions are required and therefore the recovery time has been reduced from months to only a few days. These are the reasons because of which facial liposuction has become very famous around the world.
