Acne?

ok so i have acne on my back and chest and i really would like it gone before summer.
does anyone know what foods i should avoid? or what foods i should eat to heal and prevent it?
also is ther any creams, medication (not to harsh), remedies that i can use??

    proper skin maintenance is definitely the key to avoiding these outbreaks, but that isn’t going to help you right now (i assume you’re looking for a quick solution). the foods you eat don’t impact your skin as much as everyone likes to think.
    just be sure to use a quality acne cream/moisturizer and follow the directions. the sooner you start, the better.

    I have acne/pimples, so I just use Proactiv.
    [They show how to do everything if you're going to use it.]
    But, I prevent eating items with iodine, such as soy sauce and shellfish, which tend to aggravate acne.
    Just don’t touch the acne, and DON’T attempt to squeeze/pop them, it will make it just worse, and leave a scar.

    u know what, i just panic like u because i have alot on my forehead.
    try to wash your face daily and put some ginger medication on it

    Try eating healthy food. That got rid of my acne in 3 weeks.
