try ground apricot kernels or even finaely ground coffeecoffee. Don’t rub them though, just like the ground almond, they will then become an abrasive and exfoliating if you rub them. That is very different from a mask.

maybe u can try plain cooked oatmeal or cornstarch(for oily skin) grounded chick pees/lentils. rice flour also.
my advice for anyone trying this one~ when u go to wash it off do not scrub it off~ almonds or any hard nuts no can pit your face and scar them over time~ so be sure to grind them really really good and doo not scrub this mask off

Six teaspoons is the same as two tablespoons. She could get it done a lot faster. I like her anyway.
Anything else other than Almonds you can use I wonder? Allergic to them ; 3;! Are almonds part of the antiaging element? Or just the Primrose oil??

Drinking water with lemon slices will flush out any detoxes in the skin, which is way better if you put them on the skin.
Any health food store will have all of these Items. Though I would not put citrus on my face for anything.
She looks horrible, old and scary. Would not use anything she makes if she looks as bad as she does.
