Some people do not know that there actually three types of acne conditions that affect millions of lives everyday, and they are: A) Mild B) Moderate and C) Severe. The severe stage of acne is the worst stage. The severe stages of acne covers over fifty percent of your face and or your body (legs, back, arms, chest, etc..). The severe type of acne usually always leave deep and permanent scarring to the skin tissue. Severe acne resembles a inflamed puss like cyst that hurts even if you try to smile, and is very very uncomfortable. Seeking treatment immediatly would be your best option, and by doing so will prevent further skin damage and scarring.

Most people think that acne only affects the facial area, but that is further from the truth! Acne can consume the entire body as well if left untreated. The natural treatment should always be included in your daily routine and lifestyle, such as getting plenty of rest at night, eating healthy and nutritional balanced meals and of course, excercise!
