    I don’t understand how this could be good for the skin since if u have acne that often means that you have bacteria and infection. Bacteria loves yeast and I know this since I’m a student nurse and I have studied microbiology and got an A at the exam… But if u guys like it then go ahead… Just trying to help. :)

    yes you should get rid of all the dirt and oil before you do the mask or else all the dirt will just stay trapped in your skin

    Ingredients:
    Buy, yeast, the kind used for bread. Tie your hair up away form ur face. Empty one packet of yeast and add warm water to make a paste. Apply to your face. Let it harden and leave for 15 mins. Wash off.
