try equal parts of baking soda and baby shampoo. both are suppose to help get rid of acne. mix a little salt in as well. it gives a drying effect as well as exfoliates. use it as a regular cleanser. (wet hands and face, rub into face for about 1-2 minutes, then rinse well). i have the same chin problem area. i think mine is from subconsciously resting my head on my hand while in class. i don't realize when i'm doing it.
don't overuse this mixture. use once a week. 2-3 times tops. be sure to use a moisturizer afterwards, since it's so drying. i LOVE the equate version of olay complete beauty lotion with spf 15. it's only about $2 at wal-mart and works fantastically.
as for a regular daily cleanser, i use clean and clear daily pore cleanser. it's not harsh to the skin and works great for me. this helps prevent breakouts.
good luck.
