Make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables because sometimes food fats and oils that make your skin oily. Also, heat makes your skin produce oil, so if your into tanning or if you get hot a lot that might be a cause. And if you drink a lot of water and keep you skin and body hydrated, it will keep your skin less oily. Make sure that your make-up and moisturizer are oil-free.
So you need to look for a mild cleanser to wash the skin and get the oil off. Wash your face about three to four times a week. If you wash it too much, you lose essential oils and your skin will overproduce. Make sure it does not contain alcohol, as this will dry out your skin and make it overproduce oil. I suggest PURPOSE Gentle Cleansing Wash.
