Not only are you beautiful, but you are absolutely adorable.
Love all the great tips and advice. Very kind of you to give out your “beauty secrets”. You will help a lot of people by letting them know about your experience with soy products. Keep up the great work! :)

do you use a moisturizer? you know even oily skin needs moisturizer. also try using a face scrub in the morning. I use the OLAY Clarify and Cleanse daily scrub(very gentle scrub, wont irritate your skin) followed by the oil free Clinique moisturizer for oily skin. I used to have very oily skin but this routine has improved my skin dramatically.

hi, kandee, you mentioned in this vid about using olive oil to remove make up. How do you apply it? Use sparingly? Anyway, I really enjoy watching your videos. Your voice and the way you talk is not annoying at all. Unlike the others who post their videos. Keep it up! (“,)

Thanks, I had no idea about the Oil Cleansing Method .You don’t use any creams after cleansing your face? I have really oily skin and I’m afraid it will make me break out but I sure wanna give it a shot.

No disrespect to the author but she does genetically have great skin anyway, so not sure how helpful it is. If she was super-zitty with awful skin and transformed it, then, maybe she might be onto something..

If you read about the Oil Cleansing Method online you’ll find that it actually does help spotty skin! (Depending on what oils you use). The theory is, oil cleanses oil. Sounds unbelievable, but it works. Castor Oil mixed in different %s with a more nourishing one, massaged into the skin, then taken off with a hot cloth really gets rid of the gunk. Try it for a few weeks!! (If you’re really spotty you might purge). Again, see skincare forums like EDS for detailed instructions.

wait does it matter to drink cold or warm water? can it be bothh??

Cod Liver Oil brings me out in blisters (!) so I use Flaxseed Oil. Microfibre cloth for cleansing (I use mine with Dove soap), vitamin C serum, then moisturiser with sunscreen in the morning. Then Retin-A at night (with moisturiser if it’s too drying for you). Multivit/1000mg Vit C and 1000mg MSM.
Every day or so I do Oil Cleansing Method with a Vaculift and rinse it off with a hot cloth too. TCA peel, Dermawand, LED & facial exercises (read the forums online) are worth looking into too.

you can actually use oil as a make-up remover?
