I use Aveda products, all bio degradable. Its good for the environment and makes you feel so refreshed. It is like no other hair care you have ever used. Its a little expensive, but so worth it. Try it, you might just get hooked like I did. It makes my hair feel so soft and my scalp is refreshed, and it smells awsome. And you can use it anywhere, like camping and bathing in a river, it will not hurt anything.
It all depends on how you feel about it. Taking a shower with chlorinated water is like drinking 8 or 9 glasses of chlorinated water. Your skin absorbs so much more than originally thought. Read Jordan Ruben’s book on the subject. Maker’s Diet if you want more info. He told us not to put it on the skin if you can’t put it in your mouth. For beautiful hair, mix half and half salt and baking soda (that doesn’t have aluminum oxide in it if you can find it, which is not Arm and Hammer) and a spoonful of Mustard Seed powder, mix and put in just enough water to moisten it nicely, and rub it into your scalp and hair. It is a bit hard to rinse out, but it’s a shampoo replacement. The mustard seed is good for blood circulation in the skin capillaries, and salt for scrub, and backing soda for cleaning oils and dirt out of hair. I even use it as a wonderful scrub for my face. You need to rinse with vinegar after wards to get the Ph balance back. This is great for thinning hair too, because of the mustard seed.
I read a study what they did on babys they found that the chemicals went through
