hey guys, I’m a guy, 29 years old, always looked real young for my age but three years of being in the sun alot seemed to really age my skin..
My questions is hwat is the best thing i can do to take care or rejuvenate my facial skin and body skin for that matter too?
I got a suggestion from someone to masage my face everyday with olive oil or cocoa butter, if anyone knows about this please elaborate on it and tell me for how long should u do this a day? And everyday forever?

As I guess, you don’t have any ideas on taking care of your skin. So, I suggest that you just have to know the basic things first which is to know what skin type you are, then search for the brand of the products that suit your skin type and remember to apply the 3 basic steps on your skin everyday: clean, tone and moisturise (use moisturiser with SPF). If the products provide a good result on your face, try to keep using it.
The oils will REALLY burn your skin and can clog pores.
I get the Papaya Foam Cleanser and the Rejuvenating Royal Masque from Bee-Luscious (I know my husband hates the name too) for my husband.
He uses the cleanser instead of soap on his face. The papaya enzymes will eat dead dry skin and not harm the living skin. It also helps him to get a very close shave with no razor burn which I love.
The Rejuvenating Masque has royal jelly in it to help repair damaged skin.
You may also want to consider using the Papaya Scrub to exfoliate.
If you do this and use a good sunscreen then you will roll back the clock maybe not ten years but a few and you will also slow down the aging process.
