im 14 and i live in las vegas. it’s pretty dry here, and my skin is dull and dry. i have moderate acne on my face. i use aveeno daily cleansor for my face and moisturize w/ vaseline intensive care. do you have any skin regimes using natural products (like eggs, milk, etc) that i can use to help my skin look radiant?

It has been said before, but I’d definately start with:
The following recipe doubles up as a body smoothie too, to keep your body and face soft and silky.
I’d reccommend doing this one on a weekend.

Cleanse, tone & moisturise every morning and night.
Cleanser: Apply onto your hands and massage gently into your face and neck. It will remove any impurities and thoroughly clean your skin. Use a soft sponge, or cloth to remove all traces.
Pat dry.
Toner: Use after the cleanser. Apply a small amount onto a damp cotton pad and wipe all over the face & neck area. Follow this up by gently dabbing your face with a tissue to blot the skin dry. It will close the pores.
Moisturiser: Should be used afterwards. Apply by putting a fairly small amount onto your hands and smooth all over your face and neck. Moisturiser is a good base for your make-up and will keep your skin smooth and hydrated.
I personally use a Nivea Visage range, however there are many different types you can purchase in any drug store.
Exfoliater: This can be used, if you wish. I only ever exfoliate once a month [during a facial], but it is really good to remove all dead skin cells and built up grime. Again, you can purchase a good one in a drug store, or use recipes, such as 1/4 cup sugar && 3-4 tbsp olive oil. When mixed together it turns into a paste, which you can then apply liberally and massage into your facial area. Once washed off your skin should look a lot more fresh and rejuvinated.
Face mask: I tend to use a face mask once every couple of weeks, whenever my skin looks particularly dull or congested.
Blend 2 cups plain yoghurt, 1/2 an avocado, 5-7 strawberries, 2 tbsp honey and 1 banana in a blender, then apply to face & body [if wanted]. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off and pat dry.
Follow up with toner & moisturiser on your face & neck.
Your skin should instantly feel smooth and hydrated.
For your acne, I’d reccommend seeing a doctor to give you some sort of medication. It can clear up pretty easily that way, however if it really isn’t that bad, having a good skincare regime may just clear it up.
I’d also reccommend getting a facial once a month or so at a local beauty salon. Trained beauticians know the perfect things for your skin to keep it looking stunning.
Hope I helped!
I drink coffee and I make a mixture of granulated sugar and coffee grinds as a body scrub. The sugar will exfoliate ANYTHING and the coffee grinds have caffeine which help tighten skin and lessen cellulite.
Place 1/4 sugar and the warm coffee grounds in a bowl and mix. Place news paper in the bottom of the tub and with your hand scrub your body. Shower as normal!
Cleanse, tone and moisturise, morning and night. Exfoliate skin 2-3 times a week. My skin care regime is by Dermalogica, I recommend it =] x
Honey and yogurt as a nice natural face mask x
